I started in real estate with Pruitt Real Estate in 1998, went to National Realty of Brevard, short stay from 2020 to 2023 with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty till finally landing the Realtor position with Surfside.
KNOWLEDGE: Reassigned to Patrick AF Base in ’91. - Constructed a new home in the new area of Viera and became a Brevard County resident in ‘92. In ‘98 I received my AS in Construction Technology with CCAF, AS Business Management with Brevard Community College and my Florida Real Estate license where I specialized in the Suntree, Viera & Rockledge while working throughout Brevard County. I’m a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR 2007-2012), 2014- Certified- Military on the Move Specialist. 2017- National Certification- Military Relocation Professional (MRP) & Florida Military Specialist (FMS). 2020 Certified Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) and Updated Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
HISTORY: Born in Madison, Tennessee and raised in Madison and Tampa, FL. Left high school early and obtained a GED through the University of Tennessee. Recruited by the Air Force in 1977, basic training at Lackland AFB, Tx. and direct duty assignment to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma where I met my beautiful wife Maria. Here we had our two amazing children (Amber & Kyle). We also served at Yokota AFB, Japan, Williams AFB, AZ., Patrick AFB, FL and a few temporary duty stations. We settled in Viera in 1992 and served in a few local churches: Freedom Christian Center, Grace Fellowship , Calvary Chapel of Viera and settled in Church at Viera with our daughter, her husband and two granddaughters. I started real estate with Pruitt Real Estate, Inc in May of 1998-2012 but with market decline and with downsizing in 2012, moved to National Realty of Brevard and again in 2020 with Covid 19 issue, market decline, downsizing and wanting to enhance service and business so I moved to RE/MAX Aerospace Realty till 2023 till finally landing my Realtor Associate position with Surfside Properties & Management.
Currently, serve with Surfside Properties & Management, 3230 Murrell Rd., Rockledge, FL 32955. Since the broker owns both brokerages, it allows my clients nearly all of the benefits I had with REMAX Aerospace Realty, all of the same great 8 locations but with less in house expense. Being in Rockledge, it allows me to easily serve North, South and Central Brevard.
